Hong Kong Wing Wah Cake Shop began in 1950 as a tea house in Yuen Long. In the 1960s, Hong Kong Wing Wah applied itself to the development of its cake manufacturing business.
Today Wing Wah runs over 40 stores in Hong Kong and obtained several awards, including HACCP ISO 22000 and Hong Kong Q-Mark.
