SHIPPING
Miss Kowloon only shipped to France and the European Union. If you would like to send to an address which is not available upon check out, please contact us at info@misskowloon.com, we will assist you further.
Shipping will be sent through Colissimo, it can be delivered to your home or collected at the selected post office or at a Pick-up Point in France. Please select carefully upon check-out.
Shipments that you redirect and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on time. Please make sure the delivery address is written correctly.
Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability or other unforeseen circumstances.
Gift wrapping is not available at this time.
SHIPPING COSTS
Home delivery costs start from 12€ . Delivery costs to a Pick-up Point in France start from 8€ . Free delivery is offered for purchase over 58€.
RETURN
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the delivered item is damaged, please contact us at info@misskowloon.com. Please note that returns of items purchased online are not accepted.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
