Premier quality noodles with abalone and shrimp roe

Put the noodles in 400ml of boiling water for about two minutes and stir regularly, place the noodles together with the soup in a bowl and serve.  Do not rinse the noodles.

Ingredients: wheat flour, dried abalone, shrimp roe, egg, salt, sugar, flavor enhancer (621), pigment (102), acidity regulator (500,501)

The dried noodles might have been sightly crushed during transportation.
