Premier quality fish noodles with a fragrant of coriander

Put the noodles in 400ml of boiling water for about two minutes and stir regularly, place the noodles together with the soup in a bowl and serve.  Do not rinse the noodles.

Ingredients: wheat flour, dried fish, coriander, salt, sugar, flavor enhancer (621), pigment (142), acidity regulator (500,501)

The dried noodles might have been sightly crushed during transportation.
