Min Hong Bean Sauce (Doubanjiang)

This bean sauce "Doubanjiang" is used in Mapo Tofu, eggplant with minced pork and many all time favourite Chinese dishes.  It can also be used as a sauce for dim sum, dip your pan fried dumplings in it!

Ingredients: sugar, water, chili, salt, garlic, canola oil, soybeans, modified starch (E1422)
